These relaxed, friendly workshops create an ideal space to connect together with other expectant parents, prepare for birth, reflect on what is known to be helpful in caring for yourself and your baby, as well as time for general questions and answers.
Rachel has 29 years of midwifery experienced and 5 years experience of delivering workshops since 2017.
