So far, I have found the coaching invaluable. As someone who is new to management of people and leading an organisation, I have found Rachel's experience in similar roles so helpful. She has been able to make practical suggestions that I have implemented, for example, how best to conduct meetings with my members of staff. She has empowered me in my position and positively reinforced decisions that I have made, and has helped instill confidence in me as a leader. I really enjoy talking through difficulties I have at work, and she helps me to identify the root of issues and consider the best approach. External processing is something that I find so helpful, and these coaching sessions are the perfect setting for this. My visions for the charity have become clearer over these sessions

It gives me space to think bigger picture what God wants away from the day to day pressures of busyness. It always surprises me every session how God speaks something fresh and brings pictures into my mind of things I had forgotten about from years ago. Its like every session God speaks deeper and peels another layer off. I feel its confirming I am on the right track with what he wants me to do but that there is always so much more.. Its good to have actions to take away to ground big picture thinking. It is increasing my faith to believe God is on the move in our team. I love that Rachel is so flexible to go with the Holy Spirit's flow which suits me but also can use tried and tested tools. Overall it is helping me so much in hearing from God and I love it!
