There are many manuals out there for protocols and policies, however what many Christian leaders need more than ever is to be listened to, led into clarity of vision and direction through a combination of powerful coaching tools and Holy Spirit encounters. There really is no better time to tune in, get clear and go deep with God as you lead your team into the next phase. Through a set of 12 1 to 1 Coaching sessions with you, the team leader Rachel will tailor sessions to meet your needs, and using the tools from the Co creative transformational Destiny Coaching training, will guide you into visioning for your team, hearing clearly from the Lord, addressing stuck areas and much more. (We have a VAST toolkit to choose from!) You will be amazed at how clearly you hear the Lord on whatever matter you are grappling with and at how you grow in confidence and clarity as a leader of your team. You will then have the option to add in 1 or 2 bespoke workshops for your team to lead them in an envisioning session together with Rachel when the time feels right.
